Eloise Hollamby, registered podiatrist and founder of Pointe & Play

Paediatric Foot Care

Eloise is a podiatrist who has focused her practice on children and young people for nearly a decade. She holds a Bachelor of Podiatry from QUT, graduating with high distinction, and is an active member of the SEPA and APodA Paediatric Special Interest Groups. She is currently progressing through the national Australian Paediatric Podiatry (APP) accreditation pathway.

Before podiatry, Eloise trained extensively in classical ballet, completing her Diploma in Dance and studying at the Queensland Dance School of Excellence (now Queensland Ballet Academy) and the New Zealand School of Dance before dancing in Europe. This background shapes her clinical work today, giving her a deep understanding of technique, biomechanics, pointe readiness and the physical demands placed on young dancers.

In clinic, Eloise is known for her calm, reassuring approach. She takes time to explain conditions clearly, involves parents in decision-making, and works closely with GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, and dance teachers to support coordinated care. As a mother of two, she understands the realities of busy family life and is committed to creating a space where every child feels safe, supported, and heard.
